Submitting this form generates an email to the Club Board Members with your info.

You should receive a response from a Board Member within a day or two,
to schedule a Club orientation in person for approximately one hour.
You will need to bring the following with you to the orientation:

  1. Picture ID - Military or Driver License
  2. Credit Card for billing (Visa or MasterCard only, AOPA card recommended)
  3. Airman's Certificate (if applicable)
  4. Medical Certificate (if applicable)
  5. Pilot Logbook (if applicable)

An instructor for your initial checkout, club annual, or training will then be coordinated by the Training Officer
