Fees & Dues

Cost to Join:
Initial costs are one time Membership Fee $100.00. Monthly dues are $50.00. Active Club member's spouse and dependents may join by paying a one-time $10.00 fee and $2.00/ month dues. The $100.00 Membership fee is waived for spouses and dependents.

Billing:
Members are billed each month for flight time from the previous month and dues for the current month. Payment in full is required by the 20th of each month. A 10% late fee is assessed for payments not received by the 20th of the month.

Aircraft Rates:
AFAC operates five aircraft as listed below. The Cessna aircraft are owned by AFAC, and all are maintained by AFAC's mechanic.

*Rates are based on hobbs time, and are subject to change based on fuel prices (currently at Base Rate plus $4.80/gal fuel adjustment). Effective: 05/01/10 - see Fuel/Rate ladder here.
**Minimums are in effect only when an aircraft is scheduled for more than four hours. They do not apply to student pilots on cross country flights.
